Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of opulentblends.com and your purchases from Opulent Blends, a brand of Agrestal Hygienics, LLC, 10511 W H Ave, Kalamazoo, MI 49009. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Orders and prices
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Tax and shipping are shown before you pay. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we confirm it. If an item turns out to be unavailable or a price was shown in error, we will tell you and refund anything you paid for it.
Made to order
Some items, such as our 5 gallon pails, are made fresh for your order. We start making them when you pay and ship them when they are ready; your order page shows where it is.
Shipping
We ship within the United States. When your order ships we email you the carrier, tracking number and expected arrival. Delivery dates come from the carrier and are estimates.
If something is wrong
If your order arrives damaged, or something isn't right, contact us at marc@opulentblends.com with your order number and we will make it right.
Our products
Our soaps, lotions, butters and cleansers are handmade with natural ingredients, so color and scent can vary a little from batch to batch. Read the ingredients before use, patch-test if you have sensitive skin, stop using anything that irritates, and keep products away from children and pets.
Opulent Rewards, wholesale and fundraisers
Points, rewards, wholesale pricing and fundraiser payouts follow the rules shown on Opulent Rewards, Bulk & wholesale and Fundraising. Points have no cash value.
Text messages
These are the terms of Opulent Blends Texts, our optional marketing texts. They are also on their own page, our SMS Terms.
The program
Opulent Blends Texts is the text message program of Opulent Blends, a brand of Agrestal Hygienics, LLC, 10511 W H Ave, Kalamazoo, MI 49009. When you sign up, we send you recurring automated marketing text messages about new scents, restocks, sales and offers, and fundraiser news.
How you sign up
You can sign up on your order confirmation page after you buy, or on our texts page, by entering your mobile number, checking the box beside our consent statement, and pressing the sign-up button. The box is never checked for you. Signing up is optional: consent is not a condition of any purchase.
How often
Message frequency varies, up to 6 messages a month. Right after you sign up, we send one message confirming it.
Cost
Opulent Blends does not charge for texts. Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier, according to your plan.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. We will send one final message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and you will receive no more marketing texts from us. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. To join again, reply START or sign up again on our site.
Help
Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at marc@opulentblends.com or (269) 207-6556.
Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include the major U.S. carriers; delivery depends on your carrier and device.
Your number and your privacy
We use your mobile number only to send the texts you asked for. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission, to sign up.
Changes
We may change these terms. We will post the new terms here with a new effective date. If a change is significant, we will tell you by text, and you can reply STOP at any time.
Emails and other messages
When you order, we email you about that order: the receipt, when it ships with tracking, and anything we need to ask you. These are part of the service and not marketing. If you join Opulent Rewards, a fundraiser or a wholesale account, we email you about that account. We only send marketing email if you ask for it, and every one has a link to unsubscribe.
Privacy
How we handle your information is in our Privacy Policy.
