Customer Refund Policy

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. With this in mind, subject to the terms and conditions of this customer refund policy, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the any item purchased from us, you may return it for a refund or exchange.

Requirements for a Refund

 As further specified herein, in order to get a refund, the purchased item must be returned within the applicable return period, delivered to us in its original packaging, with no damage, along with an original receipt.

• Return Period:  Except as otherwise provided herein, you may return any unused item purchased from us within thirty days (30) days for a full refund or exchange.
• In Original Packaging:  In order to be eligible for refund, the item must be returned with its original box, with all of the original product packaging, accessories and parts.
• With No Damage:  Items cannot be returned if they have been used, damaged, altered, or misused after delivery to the customer.  To be eligible for refund, the item must be in new condition.
• How to Return:  Items can be returned by:
• Deliver to Us: Our merchandise can be returned at the shop.
• Shipped To Us:  You can ship the item you wish to return to us if you follow the following instructions.

1. Within the return period, contact us by email at sales@opulentblends.com and let us know the reason for your return.
2. Upon receiving your request, a customer service representative will email you instructions for repackaging and mailing the item to us.
3. Follow the instructions provided for repackaging and ship the package to us. Opulent Blends does not pay for shipping costs of items for return.

How Refunds Will Be Paid. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment.  Purchases made with cash will be refunded in cash. Purchases made with a credit card will be refunded through the issue of a credit to the original card. Purchases made via Pay Pal will be credited back to the same Pay Pal account.
